In order to precondition the material properly, Limestone is dried when subsequent manufacturing steps require a reduction in moisture (H₂O). Powdered limestone may clump if not properly dried.

Which is why we utilize a drying process before storing material, which reduces limestone’s moisture content to 0.50%, resulting in enhancing its quality and improving its handling.
